We use data, human agency and artificial intelligence tools to gather, curate, store and offer data on diverse subjects, including government policy, economy, market trends, health, education, security, election, climate and extractive industry.
We build data tools and products that help repurpose public data in ready-to-use formats for policy advocacy and accountability. Our Access platforms include ANFANI (Beneficial Ownership); Election Portal; Climate Data Centre (Climate Change), DATAPLEX (socioeconomic data).
Our team of researchers, data journalists and system designers conduct research and repurpose public data to produce comprehensive policy accountability and advisory reports on issues including but not limited to health, agriculture, water and sanitation, election, climate change, gender equity, and security.
We combine civic education, public dialogues and media monitoring to increase citizens and stakeholder awareness of policies, practices and events shaping data and digital rights across Africa and beyond.

Our Dataphyte Academy is a training platform, offering courses that empower individuals in data analysis, data journalism, AI in media among others
Our GovTech program supports governments to develop open data platforms and we offer data strategy and policy advisory and training to government agencies. We are actively partnering with states like Ekiti, Plateau, and Gombe to drive open government initiatives.
